I recently visited an orphanage where the children’s admittance criteria are the death certificates of both parents. The team I work with has committed to sending team members there every week to interact with children. While at the orphanage we played various games (thumb wrestling was a big hit), danced, sang, and enjoyed each other’s presence. The objective was to spend time lifting the children’s spirits and I found a similar effect on my own. Here is a video clip of one of the games we played…if you listen closely you will hear one of the phrases they are shouting is “Pray for Peace”.
